Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 18 September 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Indian Spice Palace website and to orders, bookings, catering enquiries and other services arranged through the website.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Us
The website is operated by Ads Spice Palace Limited, trading as Indian Spice Palace, Cyprus.
Indian Spice Palace operates restaurant services in Akrotiri and Limassol, Cyprus.
2. Website Use
You agree to use this website lawfully and responsibly.
You must not use the website for fraudulent, unlawful or abusive purposes, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the operation of the website, or knowingly introduce harmful software or content.
3. Menu and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that menu descriptions, photographs, prices and other information displayed on the website are accurate and up to date.
Menu items, ingredients, availability and prices may change from time to time.
Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes and the appearance of a dish may vary.
If you have a food allergy or specific dietary requirement, please contact Indian Spice Palace before placing your order and inform our staff of your requirements.
4. Prices
Prices displayed on the website are the prices applicable at the time of ordering unless otherwise stated.
Additional delivery charges, service charges or other applicable charges may apply depending on the order, delivery location and ordering method.
Any applicable charges should be displayed or communicated before the order is completed.
5. Online Orders
When placing an online order, you are responsible for providing accurate information, including your name, telephone number, delivery address and order details.
An order request does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
Orders are subject to availability and our ability to prepare and fulfil the order.
We may contact you if clarification is required or if an item is unavailable.
6. Order Acceptance
An order is accepted when Indian Spice Palace confirms that it can fulfil the order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary, including where an item is unavailable, information provided is inaccurate, there is a technical error, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or improper activity.
Where payment has already been made for an order that we cancel, any applicable refund will be handled through the relevant payment or ordering method.
7. Delivery
Indian Spice Palace provides delivery services in applicable areas of Akrotiri and Limassol.
Delivery availability, delivery areas, estimated delivery times and delivery charges may vary according to location, demand, weather, traffic and the delivery service being used.
We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time unless a specific time has been expressly confirmed.
You should ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
Delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.
8. Third-Party Delivery Platforms
Orders may also be placed through third-party delivery and ordering platforms.
These may include Foody, Wolt, Wolf and Bolt Food.
Orders placed through third-party platforms may also be subject to the terms, conditions, fees and privacy policies of the relevant platform.
9. Takeaway and Collection
For takeaway or collection orders, customers should follow the collection instructions and collect the order within the agreed or communicated timeframe.
Please contact Indian Spice Palace as soon as possible if there is a problem with a collection order.
10. Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements
Customers are responsible for informing us about allergies or dietary requirements before ordering.
Although we take reasonable precautions, our kitchen handles a variety of ingredients and allergens.
We cannot guarantee that food will be completely free from traces of allergens.
Customers with serious allergies should contact us before placing an order so that we can discuss available options.
11. Payments
Payment methods available to customers may vary depending on the ordering method.
Where payment is made through a third-party payment provider or ordering platform, that provider may also apply its own terms and conditions.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that payment information supplied during an order is accurate and authorised for use.
12. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact Indian Spice Palace as soon as possible.
Because food orders may be prepared shortly after they are placed and food may be perishable, cancellation or refund options may depend on whether preparation has already started and the circumstances of the request.
Where an order is cancelled by Indian Spice Palace, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with the applicable payment method and consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
13. Catering and Party Services
Catering and party services may be subject to separate arrangements concerning menus, prices, numbers of guests, dates, deposits, payment schedules, cancellation arrangements and other event requirements.
The specific terms agreed for a catering or party booking will apply to that booking.
Customers should confirm all event details with Indian Spice Palace before the event.
14. Restaurant Reservations
Where reservations are accepted, availability and reservation conditions may vary by location and date.
A reservation is not confirmed unless Indian Spice Palace has confirmed it through the applicable booking or communication method.
Customers should provide accurate contact information when making a reservation.
15. Website Availability
We aim to keep the website available and functioning correctly, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available.
The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
16. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, content on this website, including text, photographs, logos, graphics and other materials, belongs to or is used by Indian Spice Palace or its respective rights holders.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify or commercially exploit website content without appropriate permission.
17. Third-Party Links and Services
The website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services.
Indian Spice Palace is not responsible for the content, availability, terms or privacy practices of third-party websites or platforms.
18. Limitation of Liability
We will take reasonable care in providing our website and services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Indian Spice Palace is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including technical failures, interruptions to third-party platforms, traffic, weather conditions or delivery delays.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, website or legal requirements.
The latest version will be published on this page with the updated date.
20. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the Republic of Cyprus, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you.
21. Contact Us
